How do I contact customer care?

When is my order shipping?
We ship orders 1-3 business days after purchase. You will receive notification by email when your order has been shipped. If you have an issue with your order please contact us. You should receive a response within 24 hours.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. To return an item, email [email address] stating that you’d like to make a return, please include your order number and details of the items you wish to return. Once we confirm receipt of request we'll respond to initiate the returns process.
In order to process a refund, items must be returned unused and unwashed in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not currently deliver outside of the UK.
How much is your shipping?
Standard delivery to anywhere in the UK is free on all orders of £50 or more and just £5 for orders under that amount.
Is the duvet cover button or zipper closure?
Our duvet covers are made with a button closure.
What do sets include?
All our sets include 1 duvet cover and 2 pillowcases.
Can I purchase items individually instead of in a set?
Yes you can purchase all items individually, but it works out cheaper when you buy them as a set.
Are your sheets OEKO-TEX certified?
Yes they are, they are OKEO-TEX STANDARD 100. OEKO-TEX certification means our fabrics are certified free of harmful chemicals and are safe for human use.
How do I wash my sheets?
Wash on a cool or warm cycle. Line-drying is best for preserving fibres and vibrancy of colours. We recommend washing separately from other items for the first few times. To tumble dry, dry on a low heat.
There’s something missing from my order what should I do?
Oh no, well that shouldn’t happen. But if it does, email us at email@example.com and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible.
